PUBLIC OFFER
1. General Provisions
This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an official offer from ALTEK DIGITAL (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor"), represented by General Director Rakhmatullaev Khurshed, acting on the basis of the Charter, to enter into a service agreement with any legal entity or individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") under the conditions stated in this Offer.

3. Subject of the Offer
3.1. The Contractor provides the Client with subscription access to the ATREK Information System (Transportation management system).
3.2. ATREK is an information system designed for accounting and managing cargo, vehicles, and related transportation operations.
3.3. By accepting this Offer, the Client agrees to all the terms and conditions specified herein.
4. Order Placement and Execution Procedure
4.1. The Client can place an order after concluding an individual agreement with the Contractor.
4.2. Each agreement is negotiated on an individual basis according to the Client's needs.
4.3. Payment methods:
- For international payments: Visa, Mastercard
- For payments within Uzbekistan: HUMO, Uzcard
4.4. Upon payment, the Client receives an invoice confirming the payment.
4.5. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis until the Client cancels the subscription.
4.6. Upon subscription activation, the Client receives access to the program and a training demonstration of the system's functionality.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
5.1. The price for the services is determined on an individual basis for each Client and is specified in the individual agreement.
5.2. All taxes are included in the price.
5.3. Discounts and special offers may be negotiated individually with the Client.
5.4. Advance payment terms are agreed upon individually.
5.5. In case of price changes, the Contractor shall notify the Client 1 month in advance.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The Contractor's obligations:
- Provide technical support for the program
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of the program
- Maintain confidentiality of the Client's data
6.2. The Client's obligations:
- Use the program in accordance with its intended purpose
- Pay for the services in a timely manner
- Not to transfer access to the program to third parties without prior agreement with the Contractor
6.3. The Contractor's rights:
- Make changes to the program to improve its functionality
- Suspend access to the program in case of payment delay
6.4. The Client's rights:
- Receive technical support
- Request additional training on using the program
- Terminate the subscription according to the terms specified in this Offer
7. Return and Exchange Conditions
7.1. In case of subscription cancellation, the Client must notify the Contractor in advance.
7.2. The return process will be completed within 7 business days after the Contractor receives the notification.
7.3. The refund is provided for the current unused subscription period.
7.4. No refund is provided for the period during which the Client has already used the program.
8. Warranty Obligations
8.1. The Contractor guarantees uninterrupted operation of the program during the subscription period.
8.2. The warranty period is equal to the subscription period.
8.3. The warranty includes technical support and issue resolution during the subscription period.
9. Liability of the Parties
9.1. The Contractor is responsible for:
- Non-disclosure of personal data
- Ensuring the proper functioning of the program
9.2. The Client is responsible for:
- The accuracy of information provided during registration
- Timely payment for services
- Compliance with the terms of this Offer
10. Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection
10.1. The Contractor collects information about the Client's users and customers for storage and functional operation of the program.
10.2. The Contractor implements data encryption measures to protect personal data.
10.3. Personal data is stored for the duration of the Client's use of the program.
10.4. The Contractor does not share personal data with third parties without the Client's consent.
11. Term and Amendment of the Offer
11.1. This Offer is valid indefinitely.
11.2. The Contractor reserves the right to modify the terms of this Offer with prior notification to the Client.
11.3. The Client will be notified of any changes to the Offer via email.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1. All disputes between the Contractor and the Client shall be resolved through negotiations.
12.2. Claims will be reviewed within 7 business days.
12.3. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the appropriate court having jurisdiction over the Contractor's legal address.
13. Final Provisions
13.1. This Offer is made in English and may be translated into other languages upon request.
13.2. The acceptance of this Offer by the Client is equivalent to signing a contract for the provision of services.
13.3. By accepting this Offer, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions specified herein.
